These terms and conditions apply to each individual registering for the ESAMIS Membership. By becoming an ESAMIS member, the entrant expresses agreement with the terms and conditions as outlined below.
1. Membership
The ESAMIS Membership is open to Orthopaedic and Trauma healthcare professionals from European countries. By joining the programme, the entrant becomes an ESAMIS member.

*Note: ESAMIS membership fee is non refundable.
4. Methods of payment
Payment can only be made online. Payment should preferably be made by credit card ( Visa or Mastercard ).
When paying by bank transfer, bank charges are the sender’s responsibility. The family name and the invoice number of the member must be used as reference. The bank transfer must be completed within 14 days after registration to the programme.
Cheques are not accepted.
5. Invoice/Receipt of payment
The entrant will receive an automatically generated payment receipt when paying by credit card or an invoice with all bank contact details when paying by bank transfer.
6. Confirmation of membership
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is sent by email. If full payment has not been received within 14 days after registering, the data will be deleted.
7. Membership term and renewal
The membership becomes effective with the date of registration to the programme and is valid for one year.
Membership will be renewed automatically if not terminated in writing to membership@esamis.org before the official end date.
Entrants paying by credit card agree their card to be charged again automatically with the applying membership fee.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Policy shall in all respects be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Romania
